1. Who We Are
Therapy Design ("we," "us," or "our") designs and builds websites for therapists and independent practices. We are based in North Carolina, USA. This policy explains how we handle information collected through this website, therapydesign.com (the "Site").
2. Information We Collect
We collect information in two ways:
- Information you provide directly. When you submit the contact form, we collect your email address and the message you write. We use Formspree to process and deliver these submissions to us.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and font providers may log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We do not currently run analytics or advertising trackers on this Site.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to inquiries and consultation requests
- Communicate with you about a potential or active project
- Maintain the security and functioning of the Site
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising purposes.
4. Third-Party Services
This Site loads fonts from Adobe Fonts (Typekit) and Google Fonts, and processes contact form submissions through Formspree. Each of these providers may process limited technical data (such as your IP address) as part of delivering their service. Their use of that data is governed by their own privacy policies.
5. Data Retention
We retain contact form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, for the duration of our working relationship and a reasonable period afterward for our business records.
6. Your Choices
You can ask us to delete information you've submitted to us at any time by emailing us at the address below. We'll honor that request unless we have a legitimate business or legal reason to retain it.
7. Children's Privacy
This Site is intended for business owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
9. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
